Project Linda
Hyped about the Razer Phone, but want to do even more with it? Then you’ll be happy to hear about Project Linda. It’s a concept, and something not entirely new, but it’s still very cool. It’s basically a laptop with no brain, but when you dock the phone, it uses the phones CPU to drive the whole thing. Of course, it packs some mighty party tricks too. You’ll find it comes with a Quad HD display and 200GB of built-in storage, which should help with productivity.
With the phone docked, the phone can be used as a touch surface or a secondary display. The “laptop” doesn’t have any built-in speakers either, and instead uses the already powerful speakers from the phone. There’s no price or release date, and it’s hardly a replacement for the Razer Blade series, but it’s a cool concept for those who like to travel lighter. With no built-in GPU or CPU of it’s own, we at least hope it’ll be competitively priced.
