Reeven Introduces Kiran RGB LED Fan Series

Cooling manufacturer Reeven is announcing the Kiran RGB LED fan series. This is the company’s first foray into using a non-yellow fan blade which is essentially their signature color. Like most of Reeven’s offerings, the Kiran RGB LED fan series is designed to be highly competitive and affordable. The addition of the Kiran LED fan increases Reeven’s fan offering to five. This currently includes the two Coldwing series, the value LED Zephyros and the silence-oriented Euros.

Each Kiran RGB LED fan has eleven blades, utilising a similar design to their Coldwing series. The frame and colour is different, however. The Kiran RGB LED fits standard 120mm fan mounts but resembles that of Corsair’s SP120 series rounded frame and corner mounts. The rounded frame and impeller blades are transluscent white so as to diffuse the RGB LED lighting across the surface.

Pricing and Availability

Reeven did not disclose details yet on its performance. The company, however, states that the price for each fan is only $16.99 USD. Judging by the price, it is most likely a sleeve-bearing fan. Going by previously available Reeven fan offerings, the RGB LED Kiran will most likely also be available with PWM and non-PWM options.

More details will be revealed at Computex 2017, where the fan will also be demonstrated in person with the rest of Reeven’s latest products.
