The latest chassis from REEVEN has been revealed, as the company introduce their new cube-type micro-ATX case, the Koios. The chassis is quite compact, yet features room for mini-ITX or Micro-ATX motherboards in a horizontal dual-chamber mounting system. What’s really cool, is that the chassis opens out from the top, similar to how some of the more recent Lian-Li chassis have done, and that makes it incredibly easy to get in there and install your hardware.
With room for graphics cards up to 240mm long, and 180mm tall CPU coolers, high-end hardware shouldn’t be too much of an issue, with could make this an attractive option for those wanting a compact and powerful LAN gaming rig.
Throughout the rest of the chassis, you’ll find ATX PSU support, two drive cages that offer up 2 x 3.5″ and 2 x 2.5″ drive bays, and one more with room for a 5.25″, 3.5″ and 2.5″ drive, giving us seven drive mounts in total.
For cooling, you’ll find a 140mm intake and 120mm exhaust fan mount. There’s also an acrylic windows on the top and side panels, USB 3.0, and finally a top mounted carry handle.
No word on price, or even the release date, but REEVEN are known to be pretty fair with their prices, so we expect it to be competitive.
