It’s time to have a look at yet another impressive Unreal Engine 4 recreation, and this time around we’re going to tell you about an impressive project by B.O.W. Qin. The project is based on Resident Evil’s creepy yet beautiful mansion, which has been remade with great attention to detail using Unreal Engine 4. The latest screenshots released by the creator are likely to represent the mansion’s final version, which isn’t bad news at all as there isn’t a lot of room left for improvement anyway. Even more impressive is that B.O.W. Qin will likely unveil a functional demo of the mansion in the near future, and I’m definitely looking forward to that.
Survival horror video game based media franchise Resident Evil is known as Biohazard in Japan, and it was created by Shinji Mikami and Tokuro Fujiwara. The franchise is owned by Capcom right now, and apart from focusing on video game releases, it is also related to projects such as comic books, novels, sound dramas, live-action films and animated sequels to the games. Therefore, it’s not at all surprising that 3D artists such as B.O.W. Qin would take an interest in these horror games, as their popularity is likely to ensure the success of his own creations. Below you will find the latest images of Resident Evil’s mansion recreated in Unreal Engine 4.
