Capcom‘s Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 are now available for the Nintendo Switch. This gives players the chance to play the survival horror game wherever they please. Play late night at an abandoned mental asylum, or maybe a graveyard. Or simply play at the comfort of your own room, with the lights off and under the bed covers. The point is now it is possible to take the game anywhere. Although technically, it is not the first time these games have been on handheld systems before. The first Resident Evil Revelations came out for the Nintendo 3DS. Furthermore, the sequel saw a PS Vita release. The graphics is expected to be much better on the Switch than it was on the 3DS.
Each game is available for $19.99, and there is a retail version bundling both. However, if you buy that bundle, note that only the first game is actually on the cartridge itself. The sequel comes in the form of a voucher for downloading it. Revelations 2 is a 25GB download, so a microSD card with at least 32GB capacity is necessary. For those who truly want a physical copy will have to unfortunately import it if they live in Europe. That is because the physical version of the game is not going to be sold in the EU region.
