That’s right, the troublesome Doc and Marty inspired duo that is Rick and Morty are coming to VR! The crazy animated series is bringing the iconic garage from the show to virtual reality, where you can play around with physics, especially those of the much-loved Plumbus. Since I can’t resist it, here’s how a Plumbus is made, just because.
The team has been working hard on the new VR project for months “optimizing plumbus physics and working on the intricacies of Rick’s flask.” This is great news, at least it should feel authentic and focuses on the details that really matter.
“This is truly a dream project for us. We’ve been huge fans of the franchise since the beginning. Working with Justin Roiland is hilarious, and he gets us. In fact, we first met serendipitously over our mutual love of Job Simulator, got drunk, ate Indian food, and then decided to make a video game together. And now we’re bringing the world of Rick and Morty to virtual life!”
If you’re eager to try it first hand, head down to San Diago Comic Con and hit up the Adult Swim on the Green booth to try it out!
