Complete System

I must admit, building a system inside this was a tighter squeeze than I thought it would be. That’s not a criticism of the chassis, so much as a reminder that you should always measure twice before picking your components. The Noctua Cooler I used was sticking out the side of the chassis by over an inch, and the MSI GTX 1070 Ti was so wide, I couldn’t add the side panel back on, whoops! A few ninja changes for a smaller cooler and a GPU that isn’t as wide as a house, and we’re back on track.

Some of the cable routing holes could be a bit better placed, but they still do a good enough job and give us a clean looking build overall. It’s hard to route cables through the top holes, as they have the HDD bays behind them in the other chamber.

Airflow throughout the chassis is pretty good, with a 120mm fan in the front pushing air throughout the chassis. It’s not a big chassis, so passive exhaust should do just fine. Of course, if you want to add more fans or even a radiator to the front panel, you certainly could; keep an eye on GPU length if you do though.

It’s not quite perfect, but it’s something a little bit different, and the final build is sure to please any PC gamer looking for something more compact.

With all the panels buttoned up, you get a nice view of the interior. The window has a mild tint too, so it hides a few or the darker corners of your build.

Check out Andy’s time-lapse build with this same chassis for yet another perspective on what it has to offer.
