RoboCop is already one of my favourite games this year, but like any game really, it does have a few issues that are steadily being ironed out one patch at a time. The latest update from Teyon is Patch 03, and looks set to address the games overall stability and visuals.
I love that the update just says that it fixes 22 crashes, a bit vague, but hey, if that means the game crashes a lot less for everyone, them I’m all for it. There’s also a bunch of new graphics settings added, allowing you to choose between Lumen or SSR for reflections, although I haven’t had time to try those out for myself just yet, SSR will be better suited for low-end systems, at the cost of visual quality.
The automatic DLSS choice has also been removed, with the game now defaulting to use TAA, which is great for us, as it was a pain in the arse to benchmark as it kept changing back to DLSS.
Finally, there’s also a little fix for the Lumen reflections, so they should look a bit better too.
You can check out the full changelog below, but it’s pretty short! If you want to download the update, just let Steam auto update and you’re good go.
