Packaging

The first thing to take note of is the size of the packaging, it is rather large, but then thats not surprising as the product itself is quite large.
From the front you can see a large proportion of the device through a transparent window which not only allows you to see the headset itself but the desktop remote (wired) that goes with it. On the left hand side, from the front, are 4 features listed in the blue squares. Further down are a few statements about the shielding of the headphones, the solid aluminium hinges as well as the product supposedly being Easy to Carry’ and incorporating a Folding and compact design’.
The packaging isn’t quite the standard shape and is more of a trapezium as the one side is diagonally angled making the front length of the box less than the back.
However, it does allow you to see the side of the product as well as just the front which a nice design.
The left-hand side of the box contains a labelled diagram of the headset and the pictures of the features mentioned on the front. These are high-quality and large pictures giving you a good impression of the product – Roccat certainly want it to look good. There is also 2 paragraphs at the bottom explaining the 5.1 surround sound experience.
The back of the box lists the features in English and 9 other languages, which shows how Roccat wants to become is an internationally recognised company. There is also a large image of the product at the top.
