Roccat Khan Aimo 7.1 High Resolution RGB Gaming Headset
Roccat is launching their Khan Aimo gaming headset out to the public. It is a Hi-Res audio headset with a top-end virtual 7.1 feature. Naturally it comes with premium hardware spec and powerful 50mm driver units via the built-in high fidelity 24-bit 96kHz sound card. The driver’s frequency response range is 10 to 40,000Hz with a 32 ohm impedance. The microphone also clearly records voice with a 100 to 10,000Hz frequency response range and a 60dB SNR.
Being a premium product, the Khan Aimo 7.1 is also made of sterner stuff. Stainless steel sliders provide robustness while keeping the weight relatively manageable at 275 grams. Comfort is also important which is why the Khan Aimo 7.1 uses memory foam earpads. This allows for breathability and its elongated shape allows for full ear coverage. The design also works great for passive noise cancellation, even in noisy environments.
In addition to the function, Roccat also pays particular mind to the aesthetics with RGB illumination. Users can set the colors individually or have it react organically to gaming behaviour. Moreover, with the use of Roccat’s Swarm software, users can fully control their headset’s audio and lighting behaviour. If you have multiple Roccat devices, the Swarm also controls them, minimizing clutter on PCs since only one software is necessary.
How Much Does the Khan Aimo 7.1 Headset Cost?
The Kham Aimo 7.1 Headset retails for £119.99 directly from Roccat’s website.
