Roccat has been going from strength to strength in recent years. Now owned by Turtle Beach, they’ve got the backing they need to push their PC hardware to the next level. The new Syn Pro Air is one of their most advanced headsets to date, featuring some of the best features we know and love from Turtle Beach. However, it’s full of unique features that are 100% Roccat, and it certainly sounds exciting! With a fully wireless design, 3D audio, long battery life and much more!
The Roccat Syn Pro Air Wireless comes equipped with a USB dongle, allowing you to quickly and easily pair it with your PC or PlayStation 5. Thanks to Turtle Beach, it features their fantastic ProSpecs Glasses Friendly Design, TruSpeak Microphone, Nanoclear Drivers, and their Superhuman Hearing mode. However, the headset’s design is all Roccat, matching up with their other recent series peripherals such as the Kone Pro, and the Burst Pro. They also have their own 3D Audio technology in here, and some powerful 50mm drivers. However, despite all this audio processing and RGB lighting, they promise an impressive 24 hours battery life and rapid charging via USB-C.
“The Syn Pro Air is packed with innovation that PC gamers will love, and it’s our first product to introduce NEON, which has been in development for several years,” said René Korte, ROCCAT Founder & General Manager for PC Peripherals at Turtle Beach. “Our goal for NEON has been to create a new device and ecosystem software experience for our fans that reflects the brand’s core values. NEON does just that, as it’s modern, sleek, and optimizes the product experience. We will continue adding features to NEON over the next months, including support for other recent products, but we’re happy to start seeing our community use it with the debut of the Syn Pro Air.” – Roccat
“3D audio is developed to push the boundaries of traditional surround sound. It introduces a third dimension to allow you to hear not only from all directions around you but also from above and below. Powered by 50mm Nanoclear™ drivers from Turtle Beach, it puts you at the centre of your gaming experience for greater immersion and delivers a powerful competitive advantage. Turn on Superhuman Hearing to boost critical in-game sounds such as footsteps and reloads for an extra edge.” – Roccat
