Roccat has produced a number of popular peripherals including the Kova, Avro and much more. The company’s entire range usually receives positive comments from both the media and consumers. Recently, Roccat unveiled the Roccat Cross headset which is equipped with large 50mm neodymium magnet drivers capable of delivering a premium audio experience. Additionally, the headset is extremely light at only 200g which makes it really comfortable and suitable for long periods of use. On another note, the earcups are made of memory foam and cover the individual’s ears quite well.
The headset is supplied with two interchangeable cables which are optimised for PC usage as well as mobiles. Rather impressively, the cables are anti-tangle which removes the frustration factor when plugging in the device out and about. As you can see, the headset employs a really elegant design and matte black finish. The Roccat branding isn’t too overpowering and implemented in a subtle manner.
In terms of pricing, the headset will cost $69.99 and become available from December 8th. This seems like a very competitive price and we should have a review posted rather soon.
