RTX 4070 Selling So Poorly That MicroCenter Is Paying You To Buy One

US Retailer MicroCenter has decided that the only way to shift the stock of RTX 4070 cards is by paying the customer to take them with a deal granting a free $100 Steam gift-card with the purchase of an RTX 40 series graphics card.

Free $100 Steam Gift Card With RTX 40 Series Card

This deal from MicroCenter, as funny as it would be, isn’t actually just for the RTX 4070 and is also applicable to the other RTX 40 series cards which are available, though it’s not like the 4080 is selling that well either so it’s still a bit funny.

On the MicroCenter website, it states:

$100 STEAM Gift Card FREE with purchase of NVIDIA 4000 Graphics Card Limit 1

A Nice Deal

The good news with this deal is that after spending all your savings on an RTX 40 series card you’ll still have $100 to spend on games for your card. Whilst this deal isn’t really knocking $100 off the cost of the card itself, it is definitely reducing the wallet strain in some way or another as it can easily become $100 off a new Steam Deck. You can check out the options available at MicroCenter.com

I do wish we had MicroCenter over here in the, it’s one of the few things that you Americans are lucky with.
Do you think this is a good deal? let us know in the comments.
