Today was the expected day for the MSRP reviews of the RTX 4080 SUPER but unfortunately, we’re going to have to wait another day as NVIDIA has delayed the embargo.
Via VideoCardz, NVIDIA has made the decision to delay the review embargo for the RTX 4080 SUPER to January 31st. This delay comes in place because some reviewers did not receive their samples in time with some reportedly receiving them this weekend and many just today. This means the coverage for the MSRP cards won’t come out today but instead will come out tomorrow alongside the non-MSRP cards and the actual product launch.
There have been quite a few releases this month so with many reviewers seeing a busy schedule, this delay may be seen as a small amount of relief for some who may need to retest some odd results before the embargo lifts.
