Performance in Popular Games
According to the tests carried out by the manufacturer, with the AMD Ryzen AI HX 370, you will be able to play the most popular games at 1080p with medium graphics settings. For example, it achieves results like 142 FPS in Far Cry 6, 99 FPS in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, and similar figures in Hogwarts Legacy, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and more.
However, when compared side-by-side with Intel’s offerings, the table reveals significantly lower figures for the Intel Core Ultra 7 258V, such as 48 FPS in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, 54 FPS in Hogwarts Legacy, and 85 FPS in Far Cry 6. This stark contrast gives AMD an advantage of up to 75% more performance.
Additionally, AMD can leverage FSR 3 and frame rate matching in conjunction with other technologies included in HYPR-RX. This technology combination also offers an advantage over Intel’s XeSS technology, which currently does not include frame rate matching. With HYPR-RX, you can even double gaming performance to achieve up to 90 FPS in Baldur’s Gate 3, a result that is more than double that of Intel’s solution combined with AMD FSR.
