Well it looks like hitting that hard-coded 200fps limit in Doom isn’t difficult for the 1080 Ti and any of these CPUs, so let’s just skip ahead!

Again, rock solid results from all chipsets, which awesome for those who want to game at high frame rates.

Ryzen lost out to the 5820K with a slightly lower average FPS, but what’s important here is that the 1800X delivered a higher minimum frame rate, which is even more important fo smooth gameplay.

Again we see the 5820K taking the crown in 21:9 mode, however, all three chips at all clocks delivered very desirable results.
