The Lenovo S206 IdeaPad was unveiled back at CES 2012 in January. The small notebook features an 11.6″ screen inside 20.7mm thick metallic casing. Lenovo have garnished the S206 Ideapad with an AccuType keyboard, a 0.3MP webcam and 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity. The whole system is powered by an AMD APU which will be a dual core and contain integrated radeon class graphics although the exact APU that is to be used is not known just yet, it could possibly be Trinity. Lenovo have given the S206 Ideapad “instant-on” technology as well as a battery which will give you a reasonable 4 hours of battery life.
Lenovo’s laptop is set to become available in June in five color versions – Cotton-candy Pink, Crimson Red, Electric Blue, Graphite Grey and Pearl White. Joining it will be the Atom-powered IdeaPad S200.
