Sabrent Releases New USB Type-C CFast 2.0 Card Reader

Sabrent has expanded its card reader range with its new USB Type-C CR-CF20 card reader for CFast 2.0 memory cards.

The Sabrent USB Type-C CFast 2.0 card reader is designed to simplify transferring data from CFast 2.0 memory cards. This reader can transfer your content over a USB 3.2 type C connection at up to 460MBps.

Compatibility

The card reader is entirely plug-and-play and USB backwards compatible and is able to be connected to Windows, macOS and other devices for ease of use. The reader is compatible with a series of camera memory cards including the Canon EOS C500, C300 Mark II, EOS C700, the still Canon EOS 1-D X Mark II and Hasselblad H6D-100C, and more.

CFast 2.0 Compatible

The Sabrent CR-CF20 fully supports CFast 2.0 memory cards which are optimally read through a USB-C host port enabling quick and easy transfer of content at up to 460MBps. The card reader fully supports both the BOT and UASP mass storage specifications for full compatibility and performance.

The Sabrent CR-CF20’s body is constructed with high-quality aluminium to provide ruggedness and a sleek look. This design also allows for heat to be dissipated and prevents damage and throttling of speeds. The case also features an LED indicator to let you know when there is a connection.
