Samsung have been developing something many thought wasn’t possible based on current technology. A full HD 1920 by 1080 resolution on just a tiny 4.8″ display. The Galaxy S III smartphone will get this brilliant new screen and it puts Apple’s iPhone 4S 960 by 640 3.5″ display to shame. It brings in a higher resolution than the 1280×800 pixels AMOLED screen Samsung’s own Galaxy Note ‘phone’ comes with. It is certainly an impressive achievment for Samsung, unless we are mistaken this is the smallest consumer grade 1080p display ever to hit the market and its sure to give Samsung a healthy marketing campaign for the Smartphone market that could see it steal some customers from Apple’s direction.
