Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Expected At IFA 2013 In Early September

Samsung’s Galaxy Mega 6.3 and 5.8

Samsung’s Galaxy Note “is-it-a-smartphone or is it a tablet” series of phones has proved very popular over the years and their newest arrival is expected to be the Galaxy Note 3. This will sit alongside Samsung’s other large Galaxy Mega 5.8 and 6.3 smartphones that were released back in May. The Galaxy Note 3 is rumoured to have a 5.7 to 5.9 inch screen by varying sources, making it very close the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and is apparently going to be unveiled at IFA 2013 on September 6th to September 11th.

The latest rumours from the Korea Herald suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will have a 5.7 inch touch screen display, possibly a Snapdragon 800 CPU, LTE support and up to 3GB of RAM. Apart from that details are sketchy but if the IFA release date is true expect loads more details to start turning up mid-August in the run up to the early September IFA event in Berlin.
