Internally there is a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC with a quad core 2.3GHz Krait 400 CPU and Adreno 330 graphics on the 4G LTE model. The 3G model will get an octa-core processor with a quad-core 1.9 GHz Cortex-A15 and quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7. All models will get 3GB of RAM and 32 or 64GB of storage with a MicroSD to add up to a further 64GB of storage. The device ships with Android 4.3 and a 3200 mAh battery.
Both units have a 13MP camera with autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, face and smile detection, image stabilization, panorama and HDR. There is capability to shoot 2160P video at 30FPS on both phones and 1080p at 60FPS on the 4G LTE model only.
Connectivity is abundant and includes Wi-Fi, DLNA, NFC, GPS with GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, IR and MHL 2.0. The Galaxy Note 3 will be available in 140 countries from September 25th. Japan and the USA have to wait until some time in October to get their hands on it.
