A Closer Look
The drive itself is pretty stealthy looking. The outer case has a slightly wavey design to it too, which looks really slick, with its carbon pattern that has a soft-touch rubber-like feel to it. It’s both grippy and scratch resistant but also provides a heat protectively layer so that if the drive gets hot from extended use, it’ll still be comfortable to handle with your bare hands. x
It’s surprisingly compact for such a high-performance 2TB drive too, measuring in at just 88x60x14mm, and it weighs just 122 grams, so you could comfortably pop it in your pocket and it wouldn’t be a burden. Plus with it using USB-C you can use your own cables if you desire, just make sure they’re rated to handle the speeds this drive can deliver. Furthermore, it doesn’t need an external power supply, making it plug-and-play friendly with most devices.
Overall, it’s a very simple yet surprisingly stylish-looking device. It feels robust and well made despite its small size and it promises to deliver big performance, so, let’s put that to the test!
