Samsung has launched five new VA panel curved monitors, in sizes ranging from 23.5 inches to 29 inches, and either 3000R or 4000R curvatures.
All five panels feature an eye-save mode with reduced blue light levels and a flicker-free screen, designed for people who spend a long time in front of their monitor. For videos, image editing, and gaming, the screens feature high contrast levels, bright highlights, deep blacks, and intelligent image correction.
Four out of the five monitors have a FHD resolution of 1080p, with the flagship SE790C boasting a wide FHD of 2560 x 1080, with Picture-by-Picture (PbP) and Picture-in-Picture (PiP) 2.0 functionality.
“This year is shaping up to be the year of the curved monitor, as more consumers and businesses turn to curved displays to achieve a more comfortable viewing experience,” Seog-Gi Kim, Senior Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, said. “As the company behind the launch of the industry’s first LED curved monitor, our introduction of this full curved lineup reflects our commitment to refine curvature design and picture quality, while also achieving energy efficiency and next-level innovation to provide a more natural, pleasurable viewing experience that our customers expect.”
