Samsung’s New Chromebook Pro Leaked

It looks like Samsung is about to make the jump up the big leagues for their new Chromebook, leaving their more budget-focused models behind for their Chromebook Pro, which was recently uncovered by some internet sleuths.
Their upcoming Chromebook Pro looks set to tick all the high-end Chrome OS boxes, delivering a 2400 x 1600 12.3-inch display, with a flip-around 360-degree touchscreen and a digital pen. The pen and turning screen suggests it’ll transform into a tablet or drawing board, and hints at the inclusion of ArtCanvas app too.
The Pro comes with a full metal shell, measuring in at just 0.55-inches at the thickest point. Aside from that lovely 2400 x 1600 display, you’ll also find a 6-core 2GHz ARM CPU, which promises great performance, but also very good efficiency for up to 10-hours of usage.
So far, it looks like the Samsung Chromebook Pro will set you back around $499 and will be available on October 24th, but as it always the case with these things, that could be subject to change.
