Intel set the official Sandy Bridge-E launch date for November the 14th of this year meaning the launch is still 17 days away. So as you can see the prices certainly aren’t cheap but are very much what most people would be expecting since the LGA 2011 X79 platform is one aimed at performance not value for money.
