Sapphire Nitro+ VEGA 64 Graphics Card Review

3DMark

Straight away, the Sapphire card punches in as the fastest AMD card we’ve ever tested. It hammered ahead of the ASUS Vega 64 card, no doubt thanks to that monster GPU cooler. It scored so high, that the GTX 1080 is pretty much identical to it.

Unigine Superposition

Unigine and the AMD cards go together as well as bread and chalk, however, the VEGA 64 still posted the highest AMD time to date, and was pretty much on par with the new 1070 Ti cards; still very close to the GTX 1080!

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
