When it comes to AMD graphics cards, I have been a long-time fan and user of Sapphire, they often make the best all-around AMD cards on the market, and while other brands have strong products too, I guess I’ve just always liked the way Sapphire do things. Their Pulse series has been around for a very long time now, I think my first Pulse was an RX 580, and that came out around seven years ago now! The new card isn’t much of a departure from what AMD has put in the last year, but there is one key difference, as they’ve increased the VRAM to 16GB, but I honestly have my doubts that it’s going to be the big difference the fanatics in internet comment sections would lead you to believe.
However, there is clear market demand for more VRAM, regardless of whether it is needed or not, and AMD would be fools to ignore what people are asking for. The RX 7600 XT OC comes with 32 RT accelerators, 64 AI accelerators, and 32 Compute Units, and as the name would suggest, it’s a factory-overclocked model from the reference card too. Add to that the Sapphire Pulse cooler design and all the bones are here to make a pretty decent graphics card that should have a reasonably competitive price tag too.
