Just Cause 2 is an open world action-adventure video game that was released at the beginning of 2010. The game uses the Avalanche Engine 2.0 and runs on DirectX 10. Several graphics effects and features are used to give a thorough workout to new and even older graphics cards.
Just Cause 2 showed that the resolution drop helps within gameplay, and a lot of various texture and detail settings can be toned down or turned off, and achieving above 30FPS should be easy to do.
