Unwrapping the card, we can see business as usual with a nice looking black and grey plastic cooler, sporting a single fan that encompasses over the blue PCB. We find fleX and GHz branding also on the card and fan.
To power the card, we find a single 6-pin PCI-Express connector on the top-end of the card.
Moving towards the rear of the card, we find a single CrossFire connector giving the ability to run two of these cards together, at the same time.
Lastly, taking a look at the rear I/O, we find two DVI connectors, a HDMI port and a single DisplayPort connector. Last of all, we have a standard array of outputs, with two DVI (one single and one dual-link), HDMI and two mini DisplayPorts.
Being branded as a GHz edition, we know straight away that the card comes with a stock speed of 1000MHz on the core clock. Other than that, we also see a memory speed of 1125MHz (4.5GHz effective). We will also take a look to see how far this card overclocks a little bit later on in the review.
