Often times when it comes to leaks, it is just one company accidentally spilling the beans on new graphics cards and CPUs. Other times, the leaks all come at once, almost as if it was a coordinated marketing strategy to build hype. For the RX 500, it appears to be the latter scenario. ASUS earlier had some of their cards get listed online and now Sapphire has joined in as well with almost their entire RX 500 lineup.
Just like with ASUS, we have 3 different GPUs launching, the RX 580, RX 570 and the RX 550. These should correspond to the RX 480, RX 470 and RX 460 refresh with Polaris 10 and Polaris 11. In total, Sapphire has at least 11 cards launching with 5 RX 580, 4 RX 570 and 2 RX 550. As per usual, we have the NITRO models with various memory configurations but we also have a new PULSE lineup as well.
Interestingly enough, both RX 550 models fall under the new PULSE banner and we have a single RX 570 PULSE and 2 RX 580 PULSE. There is also a nice RX 570 MINI which should be great for small form factor builds. Most cards feature two HDMI ports and two DisplayPorts for VR compatibility and it looks like Sapphire has stuck with a DVI port as well despite it not being present on the reference model. Generally, the pricing looks good and is somewhat comparable with the current RX 400 lineup.
