Scalpers Sell Elden Ring: Nightreign Network Test Codes for Over £400

The network test for Elden Ring: Nightreign is about to begin, and as expected, the access codes have already become a target for resellers. These codes are now being sold online at extremely high prices, particularly on eBay (thanks Eurogamer) and other platforms.
Codes Being Sold for Hundreds of Pounds

FromSoftware has started sending out confirmation emails for the network test, but it did not take long for people to see a business opportunity. As a result, several listings have appeared online, with some codes being sold for over £400.
This highlights the huge demand for the game and how such events often lead to price speculation. While the test itself is completely free, participation is determined by a random selection process, making these high resale prices unreasonable.
Elden Ring: Nightreign’s Network Test Details
It is unlikely that someone will actually pay over £400 for access, but the fact that some are trying to sell it at such prices speaks volumes about the excitement surrounding the game.
Elden Ring: Nightreign is FromSoftware’s latest entry in the souls-like genre, focusing heavily on cooperative multiplayer. Players will be able to experience the game through two network test sessions between February 14 and 17.
