Codes Being Sold for Hundreds of Pounds
FromSoftware has started sending out confirmation emails for the network test, but it did not take long for people to see a business opportunity. As a result, several listings have appeared online, with some codes being sold for over £400.
This highlights the huge demand for the game and how such events often lead to price speculation. While the test itself is completely free, participation is determined by a random selection process, making these high resale prices unreasonable.

It is unlikely that someone will actually pay over £400 for access, but the fact that some are trying to sell it at such prices speaks volumes about the excitement surrounding the game.
Elden Ring: Nightreign is FromSoftware’s latest entry in the souls-like genre, focusing heavily on cooperative multiplayer. Players will be able to experience the game through two network test sessions between February 14 and 17.
