Scythe Ashura CPU Cooler Review
Ryan Martin / 11 years ago
The front of the Scythe Ashura packaging uses a rather cluttered design as we always seem to see with Scythe. Key features include a new retention/mounting mechanism and a Glide Stream 140mm PWM fan.
The back has some warranty details for outside of Japan. As you can see there is extensive writing in the Japanese language as Scythe mainly accounts for the Japanese market.
The side gives you some compatibility diagrams and details about the key features.
The other side gives you some examples of how to mount the cooler on various sockets.
Include are four fan clips for push-pull, Intel brackets, AMD brackets, a pressure-mount bar and a backplate.
Additionally there is a manual, LGA 2011 stand-offs, Intel/AMD stand-offs, plastic spacers, anti-vibration pads, two screws for the pressure-mounting bar, thermal paste, four screws and a wrench.
