In terms of temperature control, for such a small cooler the Scythe Choten TUF is exceptionally impressive. Yes, a quick look at the charts will not find it in a particularly impressive spot. You do, however, have to remember that this is (by usual standards) an incredibly small air cooler. The fact that this has managed to beat off so many in our list is a testament to the incredible design that Scythe has put into this.
To be mid-table for stock and just below mid for overclocked performance is exceptionally good!
In terms of the noise (and the temperatures) the Kaze Flex fans again prove themselves to be amazing. The noise levels for stock were amazingly low, particularly when you would’ve considered that this might have had to work harder to keep things under control. While it does get a tiny bit noisier when overclocked (again, as you might expect for a small radiator) it remains exceptionally impressive.
When you consider just how small this cooler is, the results across the board are massively impressive for the Scythe Choten TUF.
