Scythe Launches its New Mugen 5 S CPU Cooler

Scythe has announced the release of the new Mugen 5 S CPU cooler (SCMG-5100W). Equipped with a new Wonder Snail 120 fan, the Mugen 5 S offers greater cooling performance and less noise compared with the Mugen 5 Rev.B cooler. The Mugen 5 S comes with a new mounting system (H.P.M.S.III-S), which provides straightforward installation and optimal contact pressure.

The new mounting system (H.P.M.S.III-S) supports most modern sockets on the market and provides more straightforward installation and optimal contact pressure. The WS-120 fan delivers focus and straight airflow that yields superior performance and is optimized to achieve the best balance of performance and noise level. Featuring Sealed Precision FDB guarantees excellent stability, reliability, and a long lifespan.
