Seagate Black Panther Special Edition FireCuda Review

I’m a big movie fan, and a massive computer nerd too, so when those two worlds combine, I must admit I’m a bit of a sucker for cool gadgets and merch. I mean, that’s hardly a shock, I’ve made a long career about exploring such things! Marvel is big business, and Black Panther is certainly one of the more popular names in that universe. Seagate has teamed up with Marvel to bring you some cool designs on their FireCuda External Hard Drive series.

At it’s core, this is the same classic 2TB FireCuda external drive that Seagate has putting putting out for a few years now. However, they regularly release special editions of them, such as Mando/Grogu, Horizon Forbidden West, and God of War, to name but a few. So while you may not fully desire this drive, I do emplore you to check out the wider range, as they’re absolutely fantastic for portable storage, backups, or at this time or year, a great Christmas gift too.

Features

  • Wakanda Forever – This external hard drive is inspired by the universe of Black Panther.
  • A Fierce Design – Features the vibranium-enriched suit donned by T’Challa himself.
  • Ready for Action – Magenta LED lighting brings your drive a flash of color.
  • Light it Up – Customizable RGB LED lighting enriches the atmosphere of your drive.
  • Rich in Resources – With up to 2 TB of capacity, you can accumulate a wealth of games, files, and media.
  • Built to Connect – Works with PC, MAC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
  • We’ve Got Your Back! – When the unexpected happens—like water damage or natural disaster—Rescue Services help you defend against data loss and retrieval costs so you can rest easier.

What Seagate Had to Say

“From the nation of Wakanda, enrich your collection with the officially licensed Black Panther Drive. Designed with the honour and strength of T’Challa himself, this Special Edition FireCuda External Hard Drive glows with magenta LED lighting out of the box. Plus, with up to 2 TB of capacity, you can accumulate a wealth of games, files and media.”
