Seagate Gaming FireCuda 16TB Gaming Hub Review

Performance
This drive is no slouch and is clearly leveraging its multi-drive design to boost performance. For example, when I tested their 2TB Gaming Drive, I saw the performance hit 123 MB/s read and 123 MB/s write. As you can see below, this is more than double that! This is good news, as 18TB is a freaking HUGE amount of data, and filling the drive or loading from the drive will benefit heavily from the increased speed. It’s not SSD fast, sure, but it’s certainly a lot quicker than most single drive external devices.
Atto showed equally impressive results, with really good read and write speeds, particularly on larger chunks; something that will greatly benefit the backup and restoration of game files, which are typically quite large.
Finally, confirming the results in the final test using Anvil showed similarly consistent read and write speeds. Again, this showed us speed more than twice that of the Gaming Drive and why the Gaming Hub is the more premium solution of the two.
