Aside from recently launching the HD 820 high-end headphones, Sennheiser is also introducing the new CX 6.00BT Wireless In-Ear Headset. Despite the small size, Sennheiser claims it to be a “heavyweight in sound”. The lightweight frame design allows users to enjoy it wherever they go, with minimal strain and easy portability. The headset users ear-canal earbuds joined by a cable around the neck. It is able to deliver clear, detailed sound with an enhanced bass response using advanced wireless technology. This includes Bluetooth 4.2 and Qualcomm apt-X, which ensures low latency performance and keeps sound in perfect sync.
The charging port is located in the inline remote. This inline remote also has an integrated microphone, plus 3-way calling support. Through this control, users can also control music playback or place calls directly. There are even voice prompts for notifications, incoming calls or battery status updates.
Each package comes with a USB charging cable and four sets of ear adapters. Users can choose between extra small, small, medium and large, to fit their ear canal size. There is also a carrying case for those who travel a lot with their device.
Like the HD 820, the CX 6.00BT is now available directly from Sennheiser’s website. The big difference (other than the price), is that it is actually shipping out now. Users can expect to pay $99.95 USD, which includes free shipping.
