Sharkoon Announces Affordable GK15 Gaming Kit

Sharkoon is a widely-respected hardware manufacturer which produces a huge range of products for users on a tight budget including mice, keyboards, headsets, docking stations and much more. The company has always impressed me with their ability offer low-cost peripherals which have excellent build quality. Their latest product is a keyboard and mouse combo set dubbed the SharkZone GK15 Gaming Kit. Included in this bundle is an ergonomic keyboard featuring red, yellow and green LED illumination. On a similar note, the mouse supports LED illumination in five vivid colours.

The rubber dome keyboard has an integrated palm rest to aid comfort and numerous function keys. As a result, it’s easy to adjust system volume and other essential multimedia commands in a quick fashion. Additionally, it’s possible to deactivate the Windows key which is a brilliant addition for gamers who don’t want to be thrown out of their favourite title. Also, the keyboard has an interchangeable WASD section, multi-key rollover, a beautiful yellow braided cable and gold-plated USB plug. The keyboard’s lighting is customizable via Sharkoon’s software package and you can change the brightness or apply a pulsating effect.

The laser mouse opts for a PixArt sensor capable of sensitivity up to 3200 DPI via five default profiles which can be cycled on-the-fly. In terms of lighting, the mouse can display green, blue, yellow, purple or red colours which make it easy to match the mouse to your system’s colour scheme. Furthermore, the mouse has four buttons, a lift-off distance of 1-2 millimetres, four PTFE feet to prevent gliding, a yellow braided cable and gold-plated USB plug.

The Sharkoon SharkZone GK15 Gaming Kit is available now for the suggested retail price of 29.99 Euros from authorised retailers.
