Sharkoon Announces Shark Force Pro Gaming Mouse
Ron Perillo / 7 years ago
Sharkoon offers plenty of affordable gaming peripherals in the market and is adding one more before the year is over. The new Sharkoon Shark Force Pro features a symmetrical design that fits most mainstream requirements. It has six buttons in total which is the standard, including a dedicated DPI toggle and side buttons. An LED indicates which level the DPI setting is it, with four steps available by default: 3200, 2400, 1200 and 400.
In terms of performance, it uses an Optical PixArt PAW3307DL-THST sensor with a DPI range of 400 to 3200 and a polling rate of 1,000Hz. The mouse itself measures 124.5 x 66.5 x 38.7 and only weighs 97 grams, which would put it on the smaller side. Underneath it uses a pair of feet made of PTFE for smooth gliding performance. While the bottom needs to be slick, the top has to provide grip. Which is why Sharkoon uses a rubber coating top. As for the main buttons itself, Sharkoon uses Omron switches for a longer life-span of about 3 million clicks.
Colorful Options for a Low Price
Although it is not quite an RGB LED mouse, Sharkoon offers the Shark Force Pro in various color accents. The body itself remains black, but the stripe across and the bottom skirt LED color can be different. Users can choose between plain black, white, green, red or orange. Each Sharkoon Shark Force mouse has a retail price of only 19.99 EUR which is really good considering the features.
