Sharkoon Launches Rebel C80 RGB PC Case

Sharkoon has been on a roll recently, with some incredible new products, such as their wooden gaming keyboards! However, now they’ve back with the new Rebel C80 RGB ATX PC case, which looks perfect for those who want a bigger case without spending too much money. It looks like they’ve gone for a high airflow design, with perforated panels, room for up to eleven fans and/or two radiators, removable mounting brackets, a PSU shroud, RGB fans, tempered glass, and really, all the other goodies we love in our modern PC cases.

Priced at around 109 EUR, the C80 looks pretty robust, and while the front panel design isn’t going to be to everyone’s taste, I do prefer it when brands try to do something unique and interesting.

Deep Insights

Apart from the eye-catching front panel, the Rebel C80G RGB is equipped with a screwless side panel made of tempered glass to showcase the installed hardware and bring high-end components full into view.

Just Cool

A total of four 120 mm PWM fans with addressable RGB illumination are already pre-installed in the Rebel C80 RGB: three in the front and one on the rear panel. In total, there is space for up to eleven 120 mm fans or up to two 360 mm radiators.

No Stress with Installation

The Rebel C80 RGB has a mounting frame, on which fans or, alternatively, a radiator can be installed and then inserted under the top panel. Similarly, HDDS or SSDs can be conveniently installed on a mounting bracket and then inserted behind the mainboard tray.

Made for Chunky Graphics Cards

Because the Rebel C80 RGB has been made for big and chunky graphics cards, a graphics card holder with a rubberized support surface is pre-installed and at the ready. As with all Rebel series cases, the separately available Rebel C Series Vertical Graphics Card Kit 4.0 can be used for the vertical positioning and installation of the graphics card.

Maximum Space

With the possibility of installing up to three 3.5″ HDDs or up to three 2.5″ SSDs, the Rebel C80 RGB allows for ample storage space. In addition, graphics cards of up to 40 cm and CPU coolers with a height of 16.5 cm will find room in the case, as well as power supply units with a length of up to 27 cm.

Easy Connections

So that the latest devices can be easily connected, the Rebel C80 RGB has a USB-C port for mobile devices, two fast USB 3.0 ports and a TRRS port for audio and microphone.

Price and Availability

The Rebel C80G RGB or Rebel C80M RGB is now available at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price of 109.90 euros.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
