Sharkoon has today expanded its wide offering of PC cases with the new REV300 Midi-ATX case which features a rotated 90-degree motherboard tray for an alternative presentation and redefined cooling all in a new white paint job
The REV300 White edition is a bit different to your standard tower case as it opposes the standard designs by placing the tempered glass panel on the right side alongside all of the hardware which would traditionally be on the left. The motherboard tray in the case has also been rotated 90 degrees placing the IO on the top of the chassis with your cables routing out of the back through a rubber grommet. This style of case has become a lot more common nowadays such as the Thermaltake CTE case series. The case I/O is well equipped with USB Type C as well as four Type-A ports and audio ports.
By default, this case comes pre-installed with a full suite of fans including three 140mm RGB fans in the front, three 120mm RGB fans in the rear and a single 120mm on the top panel. For water-cooling enthusiasts, there is plenty of room for radiators allowing for up to a 420mm radiator in the front panel and 360 in the rear giving plenty of options.
For hardware, the case can be equipped with up to E-ATX motherboards with a CPU cooler height of 177mm. The case does fall back a bit in terms of GPU clearance as it is limited to 345mm or 333mm with the angled GPU kit which limits a good portion of the larger RTX 4090 GPUs.
The Sharkoon REV300 White is now available at the manufacturer’s suggested price of 159.90 euros, visit sharkoon.com for more information.
