SilentiumPC Fortis 3 EVO ARGB Cooler Review

Performance
Despite its rather bulky size, SilentiumPC is not a manufacturer known for top-spec cooling solutions and, as such, it would always overly optimistic to suggest that this could compete with well-established high-performance air coolers. That being said, however, in terms of temperature control, while offering nothing overly impressive (particularly when compared to the other competition on our charts), it was still perfectly solid in its execution.
In regards to overclocking, hitting 75c in our testing is probably the highest you would ever want to see and as such, while we can see this cooler does have some potential in that regard, it’s clearly going to be pretty limited in long-term application.
The single most impressive aspect of the Fortis 3 EVO ARGB, however, is the acoustic performance. Throughout both our stock and overclocked testing, this cooler was remarkably quiet and, as such, if you value decent temperature control, but place a higher priority over low noise levels, this should be perfect for you if your budget is a little restricted.
