Silicon Power has plenty of storage solution products but they have not forgotten their memory product line entirely. It took a while, but they finally have a DDR4 kit with heatspreaders. Until now, they have only offered their DDR4 modules with a bare, generic-green PCB.
Back in the DDR3 era, Silicon Power actually had two different heatspreader modules available. They had a standard-profile version with aluminum heatspreaders on both sides. As well as a much taller heatspreader module design they call the Silicon Power XPower. The latter is for overclockers and enthusiasts who prefer tweaking and faster performance. The former is for more mainstream users. Like their DDR3 mainstream solution however, they have not given the new DDR4 heatspreader kit a name. They just call it DDR3 with heatsink and DDR4 with heatsink.
The new DDR4 modules with heatsink are available in single 4GB, 8GB and 16GB modules. Users can also get them in dual channel 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB kits. Each is rated at 2400MHz, which is the JEDEC floor for the latest generation Intel Kaby Lake processors. This is with 1.2V DRAM voltage and latency timing of CL17. Like all memory modules, it comes with a lifetime warranty.
