The Silverstone Raven series is one of the most unique and awesome chassis ranges ever to have graced the PC market. Their incredibly unique and offer the usual wide selection of innovations that Silverstone are known for. Now we see that their latest creation, the RVX01 Mid-Tower, is not far from its release to the public in November.
TechPowerUp was given a sneak peek at the new chassis, which features ABC and steel construction, meaning it should be as robust as previous entries in the Raven series. There will be two variants, one with and one without a side panel window. The Raven series is known for its unique looks and you’ll still find the motherboard mounts with the I/O facing upwards, meaning the GPUs stand vertically in the chassis and make use of a bottom to top airflow pattern.
There’s room for 162mm CPU air-coolers, 349mm long and 150mm wide graphics cards, as well as 225mm long PSUs, so there’s no doubt you can fit a good amount of enthusiast grade hardware in here!
The cooling comes from three 120mm air-penetrator fans in the base, with support for a radiator of (up to) 360mm. There’s also optional fans mounts, with a single 120mm in the front, and a 120mm in the top.
The RVX01 is expected to launch this November, with prices around $80.
