SilverStone Tundra Series TD02-E 240mm AIO Water Cooler Review

Performance
The stock performance of the TD02-E is about what I expected. Many times, we see higher end coolers taking it easy at low loads, but this is still a good result, although we’re sure this cooler can do better once overclocked.
Acoustic performance is average, nothing that would be bothersome, but not exactly silent either. What did impress me was simply how much air I could physically feel being pushed through the radiator, even from a few feet away; most fans would need to be spinning much harder to achieve this.
I expect this to be good, but I didn’t expect it to be this good! Put simply, it’s the second best AIO we’ve ever tested, although it’s so close to the Liqtech, you wouldn’t really notice much difference between the two. As an added bonus, the TD02-E offered up another surprise, our lowest idle temps!
Noise creeped up just 1dBa when overclocked, I could hear the difference, but it was only minor. However, given the stellar cooling performance, I’d be inclined to lose a few degrees cooling and dial in a custom fan curve, as you would get the best of both worlds; we leave ours on standard mode to keep the testing fair.
