For what is essentially quite a small AIO liquid cooler, in our experience, these generally tend to provide a mixed bag of results. For the Silverstone TD03-RGB, however, it depends on exactly what you plan to do with it.

In terms of standard operation, it does a more than solid job of holding temperatures within acceptable (and even good) levels and keeps the noise levels surprisingly low. When it gets to overclocking, however, the limitations of such a small AIO design become apparent.

When overclocked, the temperatures provided are still pretty good. It is, however, at a significant trade-off for noise levels. The fan has to operate at an exceptionally high-speed to keep a good temperature and it is noisy enough to make this a factor of strong consideration.

For a single fan AIO system, in terms of overclocked noise levels, it finds itself performing much worse than double or triple fan systems which should (by proxy of numbers) be louder by default.

The short version is, while it can overclock, it’s not where its strengths lie.
