Skype will be available to download on PlayStation Vita from tomorrow.
Vita owners will be able to nab the software for free from the PlayStation Store.
Skype on Vita can run in the background while you play games and will alert you if you get a call. Answering the call then switches applications, pausing your current activity.
You can also choose to chatter using either of the Vita’s cameras: front or rear.
Sony warns that Skype can’t run while playing games that disable your network connection during play, and adds that calls may require a Wi-Fi connection in some countries.
