Slick New Peripherals From HyperX at CES 2018

HyperX at CES 2018

Are you a fan of HyperX? They’ve made some of the best gaming keyboards, mice and headsets on the market today! Now it looks like they’re ready to fight again in 2018 with their new ALLOY Elite RGB keyboard, and their CLOUD Flight wireless gaming headset.

ALLOY Elite RGB

This keboard is a nice evolution of their previous models, featuring the same high-quality design. It’s a full RGB lit keyboard, although aren’t they all these days? with a few dedicated control keys on the top row, as well as dedicated multimedia keys and volume wheel.

It’s Cherry MX Red, and comes bundled with a quick release wrist rest for a more comfortable work and gaming experience.

CLOUD Flight

Their new headset is a nie evolution of their CLOUD range, still promising to deliver the same high-end audio quality, but now without a cable. The wireless works native on PC, and should be fine on PlayStation also. Of course, they’ll likely need to make another model for Xbox, but we doubt that will be far away too.

It’s got a sleek looking closed back design, and a detachable boom microphone.

All the main controls are on th edges of the ear cups too, so you can easily mute, change volume, sync wireless, and turn the headset off as needed.

Pulsefire Surge

The new Pulsefire Surge gaming mouse comes with a gorgeous 360 degree top edge RGB lighting strip. It’s rare you see full edge lighting on a mouse. Even when you do, it normally around the base of the mouse. Lighting aside, this is still a great looking lightweight FPS friendly mouse, and we can’t wait to get one in for review!

As a child in my 40's, I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
