Scythe have released details of their two newest fans in their range both of which have 120mm mounting holes and both of which have the option to switch between Voltage Regulation and PWM, VR is controlled by the inbuilt switch and the PWM option leaves even further customisation.
As they are both equipped with 120mm mounting holes they are suitable for a large range of chassis and CPU coolers.
The 120mm in VR mode allows stepless adjustment of fan speed between 500 and 1900 rpm meaning an airflow rate of between 24.5 and 110.31 CFM and at a noise level of between dBA, in PWM mode the speed is controlled via the motherboard fan controller but bandwidth can be further adjusted using the VR switch to further optimize airflow and noise level.
